You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return:

    •    The item must be unused

    •    The item must be in its original packaging

 

Non-returnable items

 

Personalized items, gift boxes, and hygiene-related products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
